Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, company, country, email address, phone number (if you choose to give it) and your message.
Why we use it
We only use the information to answer your inquiry and to follow up on any cooperation it leads to. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box in the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Vercel. Messages from the contact form are delivered to our inbox by the email service Resend. Both act as data processors on our behalf.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We delete inquiries 12 months after our last contact, unless they have led to a business relationship. In that case, we keep the information for as long as the relationship lasts and as required by Danish accounting law.
Your rights
You have the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at the email address at the bottom of this page.
You can also file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
Job applications
If you send us an unsolicited application through our careers page, we receive the information in the form and your CV. We use it only to assess your application.
The legal basis is your consent. We keep applications for six months and then delete them, unless you agree that we keep them longer. Applications are delivered to our inbox by Resend, as described above.

This website does not use cookies for tracking or statistics.
